(Enter Liza Minelli) These vagabond shoes ...

are longing to stray.

It's official.

As of 6:00 a.m. this morning, we will be spending our 15th wedding anniversary in New York City. And our anniversary is in December. You know what that means.
(Enter Liza Minelli again) I want to wake up in the city that never sleeps.

I will be waking up in a grand hotel across from Central Park.

I'm ecstatic. I feel like Eloise at the Plaza.

Beau booked it this morning.

Christmas in New York City has always been something I've wanted to experience.

I will be spending the rest of the year saving up for this. Time to live a little more frugally. Of course after our TN family vacation in a couple of weeks.

** DON'T FORGET ... TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO ENTER MY ANNUAL KING CAKE GIVEAWAY! **

Please take lots of pictures...
WOW!
Are you going to see a show? Share a kiss at the empire state building? Eat a hot dog from a vender cart in the Park?
Now, I know how you must feel, that it's a long way off and can't wait!

I'd just be happy for a decent marriage right now. That's a bummer when you're celebrating, isn't it? I'm happy for you, I really am. Have a wonderful time.
