And Now ... Live and In Person ... It's Mama Belle! *UPDATED*

*UPDATED*

WHAT?!?!! I have an accent? Daiquiri says she loves my accent. Do you know how hard I work on having a normal, Midwestern or Northern accent? Thanks for bursting my bubble and letting me know that I just can't shake this Southern with a touch of Cajun accent. Great.

After La Petite Belle saw this, she said, very excitedly, "Great! I'm gonna get to see you in PE this year?" I said, "What?" She said, "You're going to be the ref." I had to explain that one to my disappointed little girl. No, Mommy is not going to be a referee at your school.

Mama Belle - I like seeing you "LIVE!" My kids head back to school tomorrow as well! YIPPEE! I always tease that I will be the one running and dancing down the busiest street in town . . . NAKIE!
Just teasing - that would be a horrific sight!

I pulled up your post of Beau for my hubs to see . . . he thought it was AWESOME!

So cool! It was so neat to see you for "real". And being from boring old Idaho, I just have to say that I love your accent :)

But we did hear you live before, remember when you said "no" to the crappucino? ;o)
Cute post! Hope your girls, and you, have a great first day back at school!

Love the live post:) Your accent is nothing! Daquiri should hear us from SC - I don't work on trying not to sound southern and it shows:) Our kids go back on Tuesday and I too, can hang up my referee jersey and whistle!

drama mama ~ you can't really start to hear the "cajun" untill about half way thru. I think it really starts to come out when she talks about Beau ~ hehehe!! I think it's adorable! You're so much more brave than I. I'm not putting this mug on the internet (at least not videoed!!)

Oh, what a debate going on here in your comments about your accent. :) I didn't hear too much Cajun, just a little Southern. Either way, you are adorable and I loved hearing you. You should do this more often...I like hearing my bloggy friends talk.

LOL about the referee thing. :)

Did you actually say "Shout out"?

That's the thing I love the most about you...your street cred.

You got a camcorder too! Yay! I'm loving this video blogging thing. (Obviously). I sort of went video crazy at the AI concert!
Anyway, you are super cute and somehow you do look a little different "backwards". Haha. Your hubby will be happy to hear someone agrees.
